Breaking the record set in 2003 of 21 ears was my goal! I achieved this goal with 32 1/2 ears of corn in 12 minutes.

The turnout of this event was one of the biggest groups I have seen compete at once. The greats like Ray Meduna, Jammin Joe and Ed Kratchie were all present.

Jammin Joe came in 2nd with 28 1/2 ears and Ray Meduna came in 3rd with 28 ears. Beating a great like Ed Kratchie was a true highlight for me and winning over all the great competition was a true victory indeed!
